COMMENT OUVRIR UNE HUITRE,
SANS PROBLEME
Une huître, c'est trés bon et c'est une amie pour la santé, mais..........
Comment faut il l'ouvrir.....?

Placez l'huître dans la main gauche, facile pour un droitier, difficile pour un gaucher.
Vous devez avoir la surface plane (le couvercle) au dessus, le talon (charnière) vers vous.
Prenez le couteau avec la main droite et le pouce posé à 1 cm de la pointe du couteau.
Ne tenez pas le couteau uniquement par le manche, car si la lame est trop longue, vous pourriez vous blesser sur la coquille, si le couteau glisse.
Introduisez la pointe du couteau , à droite de la coquille à environ deux/tiers de la charnière.
C'est l'emplacement du muscle, qui relie le couvercle à la partie creuse de la coquille.
enfoncez le couteau et faites un mouvement avant et arrière pour sectionner le muscle.
ATTENTION,
c'est à ce moment là, si la coquille est fragile, "dentelée", en saison de "pousse", que vous pouvez vous blesser.
Ce n'est pas facile aprés, d'ouvrir une huître avec un pansement....
Lorsque le muscle est coupé, tirez vers vous le couvercle en faisant pivoter le couteau dans un mouvement de levier pour ouvrir l'huître.
